We are pleased you are considering the Old Dutch Church for your upcoming wedding or religious ceremony. Weddings and other events take place April-September at the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow. We do not allow weddings in October.
The rich history that enrobes the Old Dutch is a wonderful setting for any wedding ceremony. The church brings you back to old world charm with candlelight as its only light source. While the church is steeped in history, we ask you to remember that it is still a working church; we do not allow Halloween themed weddings to take place.
The ODC can hold up to 100 guests, though smaller weddings are recommended for comfort. There is limited parking within the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery gates, and there are no bathrooms. Both of these need to be considered when thinking about a wedding at the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow.
Weddings can take place with a minster or officiant of your choice. The Reformed Church Pastor is also available. We will require that a paid church sexton be on premises during the wedding.
