This Man’s a Spy: A musical retelling of the treasonous plot to deliver West Point to the British

About the event: History was made on Sept 23, 1780,  when Major John Andre crossed the path of three young men serving in the Westchester militia whose families had deep connections with the Old Dutch Church. Start your visit inside the historic 1685 church with Carla & Keyes’ performance of “This Man’s a Spy”, an original musical retelling of the treasonous plot to deliver West Point into the hands of the British in a style reminiscent of “Hamilton”.  Following the one hour production, listen to a short history of the Old Dutch Church and follow the docent into the historic burying ground which includes 76 headstones of veterans of the American Revolution. Hear the stories of some of our local heroes. Performances are at 11am and 1pm, June 18th and 19th. The cost is $20 per person; children under 12 are free.
The Burying Ground is open to the public until 4:30pm.
