Worship Services

Each summer Sunday, from mid-June until after Labor Day, the congregation returns to its original home, the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow, for worship services. In 2018, Old Dutch Church summer worship commences on June 24 at 10 a.m. The historic church is located at 430 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., (Route 9) one mile north of the Town Clock Church, Tarrytown. The tradition of moving to the Old Dutch during the summer dates to 1854, when a new church in Tarrytown was built to accommodate the growing congregation of Old Dutch. Sunday school classes for younger children are held outdoors under a canopy, weather permitting. We also offer nursery care for toddlers in a play area set up under the shade trees in the churchyard.

During three seasons of the year--autumn, winter and spring--worship services are held at 10:30 a.m. Sundays at the Town Clock Church at 42 North Broadway (Route 9), Tarrytown, NY 10591. Children may join their parents in the sanctuary at the start of the service, then depart for Sunday School after the children's sermon. Nursery care is available.
